Meeting 1 (1 hr.) Health History review from intake form & education on concerns, At home Lab testing recommendations (additional cost), Initial Nutrition, health & lifestyle recommendations (Supplements at additional cost)

Meeting 2 – (1 hr.) Review Test Results, Explain results and root cause of imbalances, Design wellness plan

Meeting 3 (45 min) Updates to plan, Additional resources based on needs, Concerns addresse, Next steps (additional labs/supplements)

Meeting 4 (30 min)  Follow up any additional needs, concerns addressed
